Fanny Y. Cory is a Montanan who cherished her children. She grew up in the East and went to school in New York to study art. She married a Montana rancher and when times got tough, she renewed her art and writing skills. Fanny produced "Sonnysayings," a syndicated comic strip about Sonny and his sister, for thirty years. Her grist for the comic strip mill came from the daily antics of her children. When she died, Fanny's family found a book in the making, The Fairy Alphabet. To honor Fanny they published it. Colorful and artistic, Alphabet is a treasure to be enjoyed by adults and children. |
